## About the Role

* Strong experience in Systems, Infrastructure, Platform or DevOps Engineering
 * Strong Linux administration and networking skills
 * Experience with Docker, Terraform/OpenTofu and CI/CD pipelines
 * Exposure to cloud platforms and on-premise infrastructure
 * Understanding of SQL databases, MQTT or similar messaging technologies
 * A pragmatic, curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
 * Comfortable working across teams and taking ownership of critical systems

## Description

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of critical infrastructure and data systems that support cutting-edge operations and business growth., As a Platform Engineer, you will inherit a modern technical environment and play a key role in maintaining, improving and evolving core systems. You'll work closely with technical specialists and operational teams to ensure reliability, scalability and performance., * Own, operate and improve the organisation's time-series data platform

 * Maintain and extend infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, Docker and GitOps approaches
 * Manage edge devices and on-site collection systems
 * Build and maintain monitoring and observability tools
 * Support integration between hardware, control systems and software platforms
