## About the Role

You'll be an experienced National Business Development professional with a strong background in commercial AV / AV Project Sales and a proven ability to generate and close new business.

The employer is an AI-First Business - AI isn't simply a buzzword, they are actively investing in AI-led ways of working and is looking for someone who is already comfortable using AI tools as part of their day-to-day commercial activity.

 * A minimum of 5 years' experience within Business Development / Project Sales
 * Proven commercial AV or AV integration sales experience
 * A strong track record of identifying, developing and closing new business
 * Experience developing new sectors, markets or customer relationships
 * Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of profitable solution sales
 * Excellent presentation, proposal writing and client-facing communication skills
 * Confidence working alongside technical and solution design teams
 * SaaS or digital solutions sales experience would be a real advantage
 * Full UK Driving Licence.

## Description

Neon Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting an established Audio Visual and entertainment technology business to recruit an experienced NationalBusiness Development Manager on a full time, permanent basis., Location: You will be within commutable distance of Northamptonshire for some office attendance. This is a national, field-based role involving regular customer meetings and UK travel, alongside time at the company's Northamptonshire office, ideally three days per week., What You'll Do As A National Business Development Manager (Audio Visual Projects)

This is a varied commercial role, driving growth across the company's AV, Digital and SaaS offering through a combination of new business development and existing account growth nationally. You'll have the autonomy to build your own pipeline, open new markets and take opportunities from initial conversation through to proposal and close, working closely with AV, Digital and Solution Design teams to develop commercially compelling solutions.

 * Identifying, qualifying, developing and closing new business opportunities across AV, Digital and SaaS nationally
 * Developing new relationships and opening opportunities within new sectors and markets
 * Growing existing customer accounts and identifying further commercial opportunities
 * Meeting prospective customers and understanding their requirements
 * Presenting solutions and proposals to new and existing customers
 * Carrying out site surveys where required, capturing customer and site requirements
 * Managing your own customer portfolio and sales pipeline
