This role blends client-facing delivery with thought leadership and internal development responsibilities, helping shape and scale Kubrick's AI Governance proposition. You'll bring deep expertise across AI Governance, from AI responsibility and ethics to model risk management, bias and fairness testing, regulatory compliance and best-practice enculturation of processes and ceremonies. You will lead delivery squads, define strategic roadmaps, and guide the selection, configuration and rollout of relevant governance tooling. You'll oversee delivery of a variety of engagements, whether focused on standing up regulatory compliance procedures and processes, assessing maturity and building improvements, designing & performing controls and issue triage processes, or designing AI governance operating models.
