## Description

A leading, early-stage technology business is building an AI "system of action" for UK lettings and estate agencies - sitting on top of the agent's CRM and running core operational work (prospecting, viewings, maintenance, compliance and arrears). A big part of this runs through a voice agent that answers calls when branches cannot., * Own positioning and messaging - find what makes a busy, sceptical audience lean in, and prove it lands

 * Build the demand engine across content, events, organic, founder-led and paid social
 * Own the funnel from first touch through to qualified demo - ensuring consistent flow for sales
 * Get close to customers - speak to agents, sit in on sales calls, and turn insights into campaigns
 * Measure performance across channels - know what's working, why, and what to change
 * Hire and build a small team once the motion is working and a playbook exists
