## About the Role

* 5+ years of commercial experience developing Java applications
 * Strong backend Java development experience with Spring and Spring Boot
 * Proven experience delivering complex software projects
 * Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices
 * Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
 * Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders
 * Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers is highly desirable
 * Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
 * Eligibility to obtain SC Clearance, including a minimum of 5 years continuous UK residency with no absences of more than 30 consecutive days
