## Description

Dans le cadre de la formation BTS Services Informatiques aux Organisations (SIO), MyDigitalSchool Rennes recherche un(e) Technicien(ne) Support Informatique en alternance à Rennes.
En tant que Technicien(ne) Support Informatique, tes missions seront :

 * Assurer le support technique auprès des utilisateurs (diagnostic et résolution des incidents)
 * Installer, configurer et mettre en service les équipements et logiciels informatiques
 * Gérer la maintenance et l'inventaire du matériel informatique de l'entreprise
 * Assurer le suivi et la gestion des tickets d'incidents
 * Participer aux projets de déploiement et d'évolution des infrastructures IT
 * Contribuer à la rédaction de procédures et à l'amélioration du service support
 * Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité informatique
