## Description

MISSIONS : Intégré(e) aux équipes d'un de nos clients grand compte, vos missions seront les suivantes : - Piloter la réalisation de la maintenance préventive et corrective - Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le support de niveau 1 (amélioration continue, documentation, animation') - Assurer / Coordonner le support utilisateur de niveau 2 - Être garant de la bonne application des guidelines de sécurité sur son périmètre - Maintenir à jour la cartographie applicative - Traduire les besoins en cahier des charges technique - Planifier et suivre les développements réalisés par les prestataires et veillez au respect des engagements en termes de qualité, coûts, délais et reporting - Piloter l'ensemble des tests techniques (unitaire, performance, intégration) - Préparer et participer au déploiement Environnement techniques : - Pilotage applicatif - ERP (SAP) - Anglais indispensable - Environnement international - Connaissance des
méthodologies (Prince 2, Cycle en V, Agile...) - Connaissance en architecture applicative apprécié
