Do you have experience in System design?, * Software Engineering Experience, preferably in a high-output or startup environment

 * Full-stack proficiency with strong backend fundamentals and the ability to own the entire product
 * Deep experience with cloud infrastructure, API design, and scalable system architecture
 * Proven ability to lead technical execution across multiple projects simultaneously
 * Strong communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for non technical stakeholders
 * Business minded, you understand the problem behind the code, not just the code itself
 * Experience building enterprise grade applications or custom internal systems is a strong plus
 * Background in AI integration, workflow automation, or agent-based systems is a bonus
