## About the Role

Do you have experience in TikTok?, * Has experience creating content for TikTok / IG Reels

 * Has a good eye for aesthetics, framing, lighting, and storytelling
 * Understands what makes content engaging and shareable
 * Is comfortable filming on iPhone and editing short-form videos
 * Loves kawaii, lifestyle, food/drink, and community-driven brands
 * Is proactive, creative, and chronically online (in a good way)

Bonus Points:

 * Photography skills
 * Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Canva
 * Familiar with Bay Area food/lifestyle scene
 * Comfortable being on camera

## Description

UMe is looking for a creative, social-first content creator who lives and breathes TikTok, Reels, aesthetics, and internet culture.

If you love filming cute content, spotting trends before everyone else, and turning everyday moments into engaging videos - we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

 * Shoot and create short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Xiaohongshu, etc.
 * Capture in-store moments, drinks, events, and lifestyle content
 * Edit videos with strong pacing, hooks, and trendy formats
 * Brainstorm viral concepts, campaigns, and social ideas
 * Stay on top of social trends, memes, sounds, and creator culture
 * Occasionally appear on camera or direct talent for shoots
 * Help shape the visual identity and online personality of UMe
