## About the Role

Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en support informatique. Vous êtes à l'aise dans un environnement Windows et avec les outils de gestion de parc informatique. Vous savez organiser vos interventions et gérer les priorités.
Vous avez un excellent sens du service et de la relation utilisateur.
Très bon savoir-être et présentation soignée.
Vous êtes rigoureux, autonome et vous avez l'esprit d'équipe.

## Description

Vous aimez être au coeur de l'action, jongler avec différents outils et aider les utilisateurs à gagner en autonomie ? Ce poste est fait pour vous !
Intégré à une équipe, vos missions seront les suivantes :

 - Prendre en charge les tickets et planifier les interventions
 - Assurer la préparation, la masterisation et le déploiement des postes de travail
 - Installer, remplacer et configurer les postes informatiques et les terminaux mobiles.
 - Gérer le stock de matériel informatique (entrées, sorties, inventaire et suivi).
 - Intervenir sur les équipements des salles de réunion (installation, diagnostic et assistance).
 - Assurer l'accueil des utilisateurs au Front Office sur le site principal.
