Preferred Skills * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, or a related field. * Previous supervisory or team leadership experience within an IT or network operations environment. * Experience supporting teams in a NOC or technical call center setting. * Familiarity with network change management, disaster recovery, asset lifecycle management, and vendor coordination. ## Description Phoenix Staff is seeking a hands-on Network Operations Center (NOC) Supervisor to lead a technical team responsible for monitoring, supporting, and maintaining critical network infrastructure. This position combines day-to-day technical involvement with people leadership, overseeing NOC operations while helping the team troubleshoot network issues, strengthen processes, and maintain a reliable, secure, and highly available environment. The NOC Supervisor will coach and develop technical staff, coordinate network changes and improvements, monitor operational performance, and partner with other IT leaders to support business needs.
