## About the Role

* Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Kanban facilitator in a technical or data-driven environment
 * Familiarity with Agile delivery in manufacturing or infrastructure-related projects is a plus
 * Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks

 * Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

## Description

* Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
 * Ensure consistent flow and delivery using Scrum and Kanban practices tailored to the Trident Project

 * Foster a collaborative, transparent, and accountable team environment
 * Identify and remove blockers to maintain team momentum
 * Encourage continuous improvement through feedback loops and retrospectives
 * Collaborate with the Agile Coach to ensure alignment with Agile practices
 * Apply Agile principles consistently while adapting to the team s context and maturity
 * Promote Agile values across the team and stakeholders

 * Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders
 * Align team activities with project goals and business priorities
 * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support delivery
