 * BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
 * 10+ years of engineering experience.
 * 3+ years of engineering management or technical leadership experience.
 * Strong C++ software development background.
 * Experience leading cross-functional engineering programs.
 * Strong understanding of calibration methodologies, instrumentation, and measurement systems.
 * Proven ability to build and develop high-performing engineering teams.
 * Excellent communication and organizational skills., * Semiconductor ATE industry experience.
 * Experience leading calibration, diagnostics, or instrumentation engineering organizations.
 * Knowledge of high-speed digital systems, signal integrity, and precision measurement techniques.
 * Experience supporting global engineering and manufacturing teams.
 * Experience presenting technical and business updates to executive leadership.

## Description

* Lead, mentor, and grow a team of calibration and diagnostics engineers.
 * Drive hiring, onboarding, performance management, and employee development.
 * Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.
 * Develop technical growth plans and succession strategies for the organization.

Technical Leadership

 * Define the technical vision and roadmap for calibration and diagnostics software.
 * Guide architecture decisions for calibration algorithms, software frameworks, and analysis infrastructure.
 * Review critical technical designs and provide guidance on complex technical challenges.
 * Ensure engineering best practices are consistently applied across projects.

Business & Program Execution

 * Establish priorities and allocate resources to meet product and business objectives.
 * Partner with Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Hardware, FPGA, and Systems teams to deliver successful product releases.
 * Support manufacturing scalability and improve calibration efficiency and test throughput.
 * Lead resolution of critical customer and manufacturing escalations.
 * Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, productivity, and reliability.
 * Communicate project status, technical risks, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership.
