This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, operational support, documentation, and compliance activities across Windows and Linux servers, Palo Alto Networks firewall infrastructure, Microsoft Azure Government resources, and the Microsoft 365 GCC High collaboration tenant. * Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and WSUS. * Support Linux server environments, including OS hardening, patch management, scripting, and service configuration. * Maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama, supporting security profiles, rule reviews, and CUI data flow boundaries. * Support Azure Government resources and Microsoft 365 GCC High services, including tenant administration, endpoint management, and security posture activities. * Execute vulnerability scanning and remediation activities aligned to NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC Level 2 requirements. * Support SSP documentation, compliance evidence collection, change management, ITSM documentation, and incident response activities. * Monitor system health, logs, and operational alerts while providing Tier 2 escalation support for enclave infrastructure.
