Must have 3 years of experience in the following: * 3 years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models (including CV, NLP, or recommendation) into production environments, including model evaluation and post release monitoring; * 3 years of experience building and operating scalable software or microservices that expose AI functionality via APIs or SDKs and integrating those services with existing systems; * 3 years of experience creating and maintaining automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and observability (logging/metrics/alerts) to support reliable AI/ML releases; * 3 years of experience designing and implementing data pipelines for model training and inference, including data validation, transformation, and versioning; and * 3 years of experience authoring and maintaining technical documentation for algorithms, system architecture, and operational procedures. * Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Position does not require domestic or international travel. ## Description As a Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing critical general web based and AI-embedded applications for Zoom. You will collaborate closely with teams from AI, Meeting, Phone, Big data, Data Engineering, and Cloud-Native to build business features of Zoom products.
