This role is responsible for processing medical record requests, maintaining HIPAA compliance, and ensuring accurate and timely release of protected health information (PHI). The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and experienced in electronic medical record (EMR) systems. This position requires the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining strict confidentiality standards.
