* 5+ years of experience in data governance, data management, training, change enablement, or enterprise data programs
 * Experience developing governance adoption programs, stewardship models, onboarding frameworks, or data literacy initiatives
 * Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills
 * Experience creating training materials and educational content for technical and non-technical audiences

ProSearch is partnering with a client to identify a leader who can drive governance adoption, develop literacy programs, and help build a strong data-driven culture in a hybrid environment.

This role is ideal for a Data Governance Manager, Data Governance Lead, Data Literacy Manager, Change Management Lead, Enterprise Architect, Data Stewardship Leader, or Data Management Professional who enjoys building programs, influencing adoption, and bringing people together around better data practices.
