You are committed to building highly reliable, secure, and scalable technology platforms that accelerate business outcomes and improve the developer experience. In an agile structure, you will collaborate with Product Area Leaders, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Engineering teams to establish DevOps and platform engineering standards, define strategic direction, and drive our Data Platform's adoption of modern engineering practices. You are dedicated to helping others grow their technical and leadership capabilities while ensuring alignment on engineering excellence, automation, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
