This is a remote position based anywhere in the US, preferably in the Eastern Time Zone, as you will be working with a major Defense company based in Connecticut. We seek a dynamic and detail-oriented Solutions Architect to join the team and play a crucial role in helping clients successfully deploy and integrate our enterprise software solutions. As a Solutions Architect, you will lead customer workshops, work with enterprise data platforms, and learn semantic technologies. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, provide expert guidance, and ensure a smooth and seamless solution. You will be responsible for configuring and customizing the software, conducting training sessions, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a client-facing environment and enjoy problem-solving while delivering impactful results in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
