## About the Role

* 5+ years of recent experience in Engineering Project Management driving AI/ML technology projects
 * 1+ years of experience leading AI/ML-adjacent projects and optimization initiatives
 * Engineering and quality-aware program management background
 * Strong cross-functional communication, prioritization, and evangelism skills
 * Demonstrated delivery of technologies and services through a full project lifecycle, with experience managing projects using Agile software development
 * Proven track record supporting engineering teams, building and managing cross-functional relationships, and navigating delivery dependencies
 * Versatile problem solver with a strong analytical approach to complex challenges, adept at creative and critical thinking, able to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts, and lead teams to solutions
 * Self-starter with a strong sense of personal responsibility and a technical orientation
 * Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to filter and distill meaningful information for the right audience
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

 * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field, or we may consider an equivalent industry experience
 * Background solving technical challenges in an application development environment while supporting engineering teams

Our team combines strong technical skills, product vision, and a passion for all things program management., As a member of our dynamic team, this position requires an individual who understands software development and AI/ML technologies, and who can translate engineering and quality priorities into roadmaps - partnering with Engineering, QA, and stakeholder teams to sequence work and communicate progress across our internal AI initiatives.
