## About the Role

* 1-2 years working with a Learning Management Systems (LMS)
 * Familiar with the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with an LMS and the related training administrative environment
 * Experience providing training administration using an LMS for running reports, removing courses/curriculums from learning plans, providing course credit; modifying course/curriculum meta data, etc.
 * Possess strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
 * Excellent communications skills

Desired Skills

 * Experience working with a variety of internal customers ranging from managers to employees to ensure a positive customer experience.
 * Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships; ability to communicate with employees and colleagues effectively and understand the employee/customer perspectives and needs.
 * Experience working with SuccessFactors LMS in a training analyst/admin role.
 * Experience & intermediate proficiency working with technology tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
 * Ability extract data from LMS databases to conduct analysis and create dashboards/visualizations., content libraries. The ideal candidate requires agility, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,
