## About the Role

* Ability to solve problems and work with many diverse markets with each of their own challenges.
 * Ability to work under the pressures of time constraints in a fast paced work environment.
 * Sense of urgency in not only completing projects but being proactive in initiating creative thought to improve processes.-, * Bachelor's Degree, Material Science or Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Science or equivalent (required)
 * Master's degree Material Science or Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Polymer Science or equivalent (preferred)
 * 5+ years experience working in specialized Industries/Markets. Working in Manufacturing environment as well as being able to communicate with customers on technical issues (required)

 + - Understand the customer application and build application expertise
 * Proficient in Solidworks and/or AutoCad
 * Design and Develop sealing components
 * Understand engineering fundamentals and apply them to design process
 * Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings and GD&T
 * Use project management tools to lead assigned activities and projects.-

## Description

This position is responsible for successful product design of sealing solutions using knowledge of polymer, metallic and elastomer materials and applying general engineering principles.

 * A strong link between the Sales, Operations, and Technical Team you belong to, bringing together simulation, materials and testing experts to solve the most advanced technical issues related to critical applications.
