What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications) * Experience with Shopify or another enterprise eCommerce platform. * Experience with digital or web analytics, site tagging, data layers, or customer-journey measurement * Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data warehouses, APIs, or analytics engineering concepts * Experience supporting international markets, multiple currencies, localized customer journeys, or regional operating models. * Experience developing training programs, job aids, enablement plans, or communities of practice * Experience with Agile delivery, requirements management, user acceptance testing, change management, or process improvement. * Experience applying AI or automation to reporting, analytics enablement, data quality, or operational support. This means the selected candidate is expected to report to a specific location at least 3 times a week {or other frequency dictated by their manager}. ## Description The Global eCommerce Senior Insights Analyst translates eCommerce data into actionable insights that improve digital sales, customer experience, platform adoption, and operational performance. This role partners with Global Commerce, regional business teams, IT, Product, BI/EDAI, Finance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to establish consistent measurement practices, deliver reporting solutions, support analytics-platform launches, and enable effective use of data across regions.
