## About the Role

* 8 to 10 years of experience in data management, data governance, or enterprise data roles, with a focus on SAP data processes.
 * Strong understanding of data governance concepts including ownership, stewardship, workflow, approvals, and auditability.
 * Hands-on experience supporting or implementing enterprise MDM/MDG platforms; SAP MDG experience is highly preferred.
 * Proficiency in conducting current-state assessments, gap analyses, and capability evaluations.
 * Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

## Description

* Lead current-state assessment of existing data management processes, tools, workflows, controls, and governance practices.
 * Conduct comprehensive gap analysis between current MDM capabilities and target-state MDG solutions, focusing on workflow, approvals, stewardship, and data quality.
 * Evaluate SAP MDG and comparable platforms to determine fit with business needs and existing SAP landscape.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to define and develop a scalable data governance operating model aligned with enterprise goals.
 * Create detailed roadmaps, executive documentation, and strategic recommendations to support phased implementation and continuous improvement.
