## Description

* Support and troubleshoot Bentley CADD applications (OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Modeler, MicroStation, InRoads, CAiCE) for GDOT users.
 * Assist with software implementation, testing, workspace setup, installations, and user support through ServiceNow.
 * Develop CADD standards, best practices, workflows, documentation, and training materials for engineering teams.
 * Evaluate new CADD technologies and recommend improvements for transportation design and engineering processes.
