## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
 * 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI Development, or Analytics Engineering.
 * Strong SQL and Python skills.
 * Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
 * Hands-on experience with large-scale transactional and operational datasets.
 * Experience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
 * Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

 * Retail industry experience.
 * Experience with Oracle Retail, Shopify, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
 * Knowledge of omnichannel retail operations.
 * Exposure to predictive analytics, machine learning, or advanced reporting solutions.
 * Experience with modern data lake/lakehouse architectures.

## Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions that support enterprise analytics, reporting, and business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data engineering, business intelligence, SQL, Python, cloud technologies, and dashboard development., * Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple business systems and data sources.

 * Design, optimize, and manage data warehouses, data lakes, and cloud-based data platforms.
 * Build and maintain semantic models for analytics and reporting.
 * Create and support dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
 * Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
 * Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation standards.
 * Improve data infrastructure and recommend modern analytics solutions.
