Visit roberthalf.gobenefits.net for more information. ## Description * Network Architecture & Administration: Design, configure, and maintain enterprise LAN/WAN/Wireless infrastructure using Cisco switches/routers, Meraki Dashboard/SD-WAN, and high-performance wireless access points. * Network Access Control & Perimeter Security: Manage enterprise firewall platforms (Cisco FTD/FMC, ASA, Checkpoint) and maintain identity-based access control policies via Cisco ISE integrated with Active Directory. * Cloud & Systems Modernization: Drive modern infrastructure initiatives, including Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID migrations, virtualization consolidation (VMware/Proxmox/Hyper-V), and Microsoft 365 tenant management. * Incident & Problem Management: Act as a lead escalation point for Tier 2/3 issues and major incidents. Perform root cause analysis (RCA), monitor traffic/logs (Splunk, F5 load balancers), and optimize system reliability across data centers. * IT Service Operations & Support: Administer ITSM workflows (ServiceNow) to track, prioritize, and resolve enterprise support requests while managing core network services (DHCP/DNS). * Project Delivery & Team Leadership: Lead infrastructure cutovers, site deployments, hardware migrations, and SAN/equipment relocations.
