Government or defense contractor background

PCI, IAM, security governance/compliance experience

Stable work history (preferably 1+ years per employer)

 * Seeking candidates with experience implementing and managing:

 * Identity & Access Management (IAM)
 * System Security programs
 * PCI Compliance
 * Other security/compliance frameworks and tools

FedRAMP experience is a major differentiator ("home run" candidate but not deal breaker if candidate does not have this).

Strong preference for candidates with government/regulated industry experience.
