The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, integrating, and optimizing enterprise-scale marketing automation solutions that drive customer engagement, campaign effectiveness, and digital transformation initiatives. The role requires a blend of marketing technology consulting, solution architecture, hands-on development, integration expertise, and stakeholder management capabilities., Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solution Design & Implementation * Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. * Configure and optimize Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Mobile Studio, and Intelligence Reports. * Develop data models, segmentation strategies, customer journeys, and personalization frameworks. * Lead marketing automation initiatives and customer engagement programs. * Define best practices for campaign execution, deliverability, compliance, and performance optimization. HubSpot Development & Administration * Design and manage solutions across HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CRM. * Develop and optimize workflows, lead nurturing journeys, lead scoring, and campaign automation. * Configure pipelines, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and integrations. * Ensure alignment between HubSpot and Salesforce ecosystems. Software Development & Integration * Develop scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and custom services. * Build automation and data-processing solutions using Python. * Develop Java-based services and integration frameworks supporting Martech ecosystems. * Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud and HubSpot with CRM, ERP, CDP, Data Lake, and third-party applications. * Design reusable components and APIs for customer data synchronization. Data Management & Analytics * Create and maintain customer data models, data extensions, and segmentation strategies. * Implement data governance, deduplication, and data quality processes. * Support advanced reporting, campaign analytics, and customer engagement metrics. * Work closely with business teams to derive actionable insights from marketing data.
