## About the Role

This role involves serving as a Scrum Master for multiple teams within a technology release train. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies across teams, facilitate communication, and ensure adherence to enterprise change management standards. A strong technical acumen and the ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced environment are essential for this position., * Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a technical service delivery role supporting programs/projects

 * Proficient in Lean and/or SAFe agile methodologies
 * Proficiency in using Jira for agile project delivery
 * Strong Scrum Master and Project Management skills with the ability to lead a team and drive results
 * Knowledge of software development and testing
 * Ability to comply with enterprise standards for change management
 * Ability to provide project status on deliverables and escalate issues to senior leaders
 * Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
 * Excellent oral and written communication skills
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Desired skills:

 * Knowledge of enterprise change management standards
 * Knowledge of AML and CDD processes and functions
 * Proficient in enterprise tools for release and change management
 * Bachelor's degree in a technical field
 * Industry Certifications in PMP or SAFe

## Description

* Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams on a release train
 * Lead and coordinate agile ceremonies and other routines to support the team's delivery
 * Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple scrum teams and with partner systems
 * Facilitate communication and collaboration to support deliverable completion and timelines
 * Provide status updates to leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
 * Work with product owners, development and test leads to coordinate release delivery
 * Support resource planning for delivery and execution
 * Ensure adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards and compliance in agile tools
 * Demonstrate leadership as a self-starter with a focus on execution and commitment to dates
 * Manage risk and demonstrate ownership and accountability
