## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in manual software testing (QA)
 * Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes
 * Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar) for generating or assisting with test case creation
 * Experience writing clear, structured test cases and bug reports
Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience prompting AI tools effectively for QA use cases (writing prompts that produce structured, edge-case-aware test scenarios)

## Description

* Analyze requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to design comprehensive manual test cases
 * Use Claude and/or Cursor to generate, refine, and expand test case drafts, edge cases, and test data based on requirements and existing documentation
 * Review and validate AI-generated test cases for accuracy, relevance, and completeness before execution
 * Execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and/or API interfaces (as applicable)
 * Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar
 * Perform regression, exploratory, smoke, and UAT testing as needed
