## About the Role

* 10+ years of Salesforce development experience
 * Hands-on experience with nCino (mandatory)
 * Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce architecture
 * Experience in Financial Services/Banking domain preferred
 * Salesforce certifications (PD1/PD2, Platform App Builder) a plus
 * Prior experience in solutioning/architecture discussions preferred
 * Good communication skills for remote collaboration

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with strong nCino platform expertise for a remote engagement with L&T., * Design, develop, and customize Salesforce solutions with focus on nCino banking/lending platform

 * Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
 * Configure and customize nCino modules (loan origination, workflows, entities)
 * Integrate Salesforce/nCino with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
 * Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
 * Lead code reviews, unit testing, and support UAT/deployment activities
 * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
 * Mentor junior developers and guide technical design decisions
