* 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
 * Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud administration and platform configuration.
 * Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
 * Experience with Salesforce Flows, Workflow Automation, Approval Processes, and Security Model.
 * Strong knowledge of Reports, Dashboards, Data Management, and User Administration.
 * Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce environments.
 * Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
 * Experience with Ironclad CLM.
 * Alternatively, experience with Conga CLM and/or DocuSign CLM.
 * Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
 * Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Certifications

 * Salesforce Certified Administrator
 * Salesforce Advanced Administrator
 * Salesforce CPQ Specialist
