 * 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5+ years developing enterprise Python solutions.
 * Strong hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, Flask, REST APIs, and microservices development.
 * Experience designing distributed, event-driven systems and asynchronous architectures.
 * Experience building enterprise integration solutions using Kafka, MQ, Event Hubs, or similar messaging technologies.
 * Experience with Agentic AI architectures, AI orchestration frameworks, MCP, and LLM-enabled applications.
 * Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, resiliency, and security principles.
 * Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
 * Experience working with Linux, shell scripting, containers, and cloud-native environments.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
 * Experience with GenAI, LLM platforms, RAG architectures, AI agents, and prompt orchestration.
