* Bereitstellen neuer Softwarepakete sowie Durchführen von Upgrades
 * Betreiben und Instandhalten der Infrastruktur gemäß OLA- und SLA-Vorgaben
 * Überwachen von Systemleistungen sowie Nachverfolgen der Einhaltung vereinbarter SLAs
 * Kommunizieren von Verbesserungen, Aktualisierungen und Obsoleszenzthemen an IT Product Manager
 * Durchführen ITIL-basierter Prozesse im Incident-, Problem-, Change-, Configuration- und Event-Management
 * Analyse von Systemmeldungen, Diagnose von Störungen sowie Einleiten von Maßnahmen
 * Identifizieren und Implementieren von Technologien und Prozessen zur Steigerung von Zuverlässigkeit und Verfügbarkeit
