## Description

* Betreuung von Anwendern rund um iPhones, iPads, mobile Devices sowie IT Anfragen an der Techbar bzw. Servicetheke
 * Durchführung von IMAC-D Tätigkeiten (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) im Workplace und Factory Shopfloor Umfeld
 * Installation, Betankung und Inbetriebnahme von PCs, Notebooks, Druckern, iPhones und weiterer IT-Peripherie
 * Auslieferung, Aufbau und Austausch von IT Equipment gemäß Auftrags- und Ticketsystem
 * Durchführung von Break & Fix Tätigkeiten sowie Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Störungstickets
 * Remote Unterstützung von Anwendern sowie allgemeiner IT Support im Großkundenumfeld
