 * Übernahme des 1st- und 2nd-Level-Supports als zentraler Ansprechpartner

 * Durchführung von Systemupdates sowie Administration von Windows-Servern, PCs und branchenspezifischer Software
 * Betreuung der Server- und Netzwerkinfrastruktur sowie Koordination externer IT-Dienstleister und Support-Tickets
