 * Betreuung und Absicherung hochverfügbarer IT-Infrastrukturen inklusive Server-, Storage- und Netzwerksystemen
 * Konfiguration und Wartung von Virtualisierungsumgebungen wie VMware oder Citrix
 * Monitoring der Systemlandschaft, Fehleranalyse und Bearbeitung von Störungen im Second-Level-Support
