## Description

* Durchführung von Hardware-Rollouts, Installationen, Umzügen sowie Auf- und Abbau von IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Installation, Anschluss und Basiskonfiguration von Clients, Servern, Peripheriegeräten und Betriebssystemen
 * Durchführung von Hardware-Upgrades, Reparaturen, Funktionstests und Fehleranalysen
 * Einrichtung von Netzwerkkomponenten und IP-Adressen nach Vorgaben
 * Bearbeitung von IMAC-Services (Install, Move, Add, Change)
 * Pflege von Asset-, Inventar- und Projektdaten in Kunden- und Ticketsystemen
 * Annahme, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von Störungsmeldungen im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support
 * Unterstützung der Anwender durch Fehleranalyse und Lösungsfindung anhand definierter Prozesse und Wissensdatenbanken
 * Dokumentation aller Support- und Serviceleistungen
 * Koordination und fachliche Leitung kleiner Installationsteams mit bis zu drei Technikern
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Supporteinheiten und dem Back Desk zur nachhaltigen Störungsbehebung
