 * Umsetzen von Kundenbestellungen in Aufträge mittels SAP R/3
 * Leistungsumfänge und Termine mit Kunden und Fachabteilungen abstimmen
 * Terminpläne / Statusberichte mit vertraglichen Eckpunkten erstellen und abstimmen
 * Kundenanfragen bewerten und Antworten koordinieren, Werksabnahmen koordinieren, Änderungsmanagement
 * Aktives Initiieren von Lessons Learned zur Verbesserung der Abwicklungsperformance
