 - Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Ästhetik, Interaktion und Usability.
 - Du kannst mit gängigen Design- und Prototyping-Tools (z. B. Adobe Creative Cloud,
Figma, Mobbin) sicher umgehen und bist versiert in PowerPoint.

 - Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools (z. B. Midjourney, Adobe Firefly,
Attentionlnsight, Higgsfield) und Vibecoding-Ansätzen (z. B. Claude Code, Codex).

 - Dank deines guten Verständnisses von HTML, CSS und idealerweise Javascript
kannst du mit Entwicklungspartnern auf Augenhöhe sprechen.

 - Du magst den Umgang mit Kollegen, Kunden und Entscheidern und hast Freude
daran, andere für gutes Design zu begeistern.

 - Dein Englisch ist sicher in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

Eigenständige Konzeption und Gestaltung von UX/UI-Lösungen -vom ersten
Wireframe bis hin zum klickbaren Prototyp

 - Entwicklung nutzerzentrierter Konzepte für interaktive Anwendungen, Web-Auftritte,
digitale Kampagnen sowie Messeinszenierungen und Showrooms im
B2B-/lndustrieumfeld

 - Designbegleitung hochwertiger Kundenpräsentationen und Keynotes
 - Fachliche Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des UX/UI- und Vibecodingteams
 - Verantwortung für Design-Qualität und Konsistenz über Projekte hinweg, u. a. durch
Weiterentwicklung von gemeinsamen Standards, Design-Systemen und Kl-gestützten
Workflows im Team
