* Gesamtverantwortung für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung von IT, Infrastruktur und Security
 * Transformation der Corporate IT zu einer modernen Internal Platform Function
 * Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer langfristigen IT- und Infrastruktur-Roadmap
 * Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines internationalen IT-Teams
 * Verantwortung für Cybersecurity-, Compliance- und Governance-Themen
 * Weiterentwicklung von Security-Strategien, ISMS-Strukturen und Audit-Readiness
 * Aufbau einer sicheren Infrastruktur für den Einsatz von AI- und Agentic-Technologien
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering- und Plattformteams bei Cloud- und Automatisierungsinitiativen
 * Steuerung von Vendoren, Technologiepartnern und externen Dienstleistern
