 * Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central
 * Berufserfahrung als Business Central Consultant, Application Manager, Key User oder vergleichbar

 * Erfahrung in der Analyse und Optimierung von ERP-Prozessen
 * Freude daran, Anforderungen aus dem Business aufzunehmen und in praktikable Systemlösungen zu übersetzen
 * Grundverständnis für Schnittstellen und Systemintegrationen, z. B. APIs, JSON, XML oder CSV
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld, insbesondere Microsoft 365
 * Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Fachbereichen, Anwendern und externen Partnern

 * Be an early applicant, Du übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle rund um die Weiterentwicklung der Business-Applikationen und insbesondere von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Dabei bist Du die Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereichen, analysierst bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und sorgst dafür, dass Anforderungen nicht einfach irgendwo im Ticketsystem verschwinden, sondern in sinnvolle Lösungen übersetzt werden.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem:

 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
 * Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Geschäfts-, Logistik- und Warenwirtschaftsprozesse
 * Aufnahme von Anforderungen aus den Fachbereichen und Übersetzung in passende BC-Lösungen
 * Beratung der Anwender und Fachbereiche hinsichtlich der sinnvollen Nutzung von Business Central
 * Identifikation von Optimierungs- und Digitalisierungspotenzialen entlang der gesamten Prozesskette
 * Begleitung von Updates, Releases, Erweiterungen und Weiterentwicklungen
 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen und angebundenen Systemen
 * Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Implementierungspartner
 * Dokumentation von Prozessen und Systemlösungen
 * Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen und Sicherstellung des Wissenstransfers
 * Mitarbeit an weiteren Business-Applikationen und IT-Projekten im Microsoft-Umfeld
 * Bei Bedarf auch Berührungspunkte mit Microsoft 365, Berechtigungen und allgemeinen IT-Themen
