## About the Role

* Optimalerweise verfügen Sie über ein abgeschlossenes Informatik-Studium bzw. eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder eine vergleichbare Aus-/Weiterbildung im IT-Umfeld mit nachweislicher Berufserfahrung in der Microsoft 365/Windows Administration

 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft-365-Produkte mit Schwerpunkt User Management, Exchange Online, Teams und SharePoint Online sowie im Windows Client- und Serverbereich

 * Kenntnisse über die Microsoft Azure Cloudtechnologie, Erfahrung mit Microsoft Endpoint Managers und Zertifizierungen von Microsoft sind von Vorteil

 * Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker/in) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion

 * Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in der Administration von Microsoft Windows Servern sowie in Netzwerktechnologien

 * Erfahrung in der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise jKARAT

 * Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

 * Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Eigeninitiative

 * Sicherer Umgang mit Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Bearbeitung und eigenständige Lösung von IT-Supportanfragen im First- und Second-Level für zwei Standorte

 * Administration, Pflege und kontinuierliche Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Server, Clients, Security)

 * Durchführung der Netzwerkadministration, insbesondere für HPE Aruba Switches

 * Verwaltung und Betrieb von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (Proxmox Cluster)

 * Betreuung von Cloud- und Identity-Management-Lösungen (Microsoft Entra ID und Microsoft 365)

 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten, Rollouts und Systemverbesserungen

 * Koordination und Steuerung externer Dienstleister

 * Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen zu Systemen, Prozessen und Projekten

 * Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von IT-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
