## Description

* SAP HCM Projektarbeit: Du bist aktiv an SAP HCM Optimierungsprojekten und der bevorstehenden Einführung von SAP SuccessFactors beteiligt. Deine Aufgaben umfassen alle Projektphasen wie Fit-Gap-Analyse, Konzeption, Testing, Implementierung, Go-Live und Hypercare-Phase.
 * Geschäftsprozessanalyse und -design: Du führst Prozessanalysen durch, designst und harmonisierst Geschäftsprozesse im Human Resource Management (SAP HXM) und führst Integrations- und User Acceptance Tests durch.
 * SAP (Teil-)Projektleitung: Du hast die Möglichkeit, für Teilprojekte oder Projekte die Verantwortung zu übernehmen und koordinierst externe Dienstleister im Rahmen der SAP SuccessFactors Einführung.
 * SAP HCM Support: Du stellst den produktiven SAP HCM Systembetrieb sicher und übernimmst 2nd Level Support im SAP HCM Bereich sowie perspektivisch auch im SAP SuccessFactors Umfeld.
