* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld, z. B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, oder ein Studium der Informatik bzw. einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

 * Kenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Active Directory & Identity Management, Windows Server oder Linux (Red Hat), VMware vSphere/ESXi und Virtualisierungstechnologien, Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, Datenbanken (MS SQL), Monitoring-Lösungen, Backup- & Recovery-Systeme sowie Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturservices
 * Erfahrung mit PowerShell oder Scriptsprachen von Vorteil
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)

## Description

* Betrieb, Administration und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen im Enterprise-Umfeld
 * Sicherstellung der Verfügbarkeit, Performance und Sicherheit geschäftskritischer Systeme und Services
 * Bearbeitung von Incidents, Service Requests sowie Changes im Rahmen etablierter IT-Service-Prozesse
 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen auf Applikations-, Server-, Netzwerk- und Systemebene
 * Mitarbeit bei Infrastruktur-Projekten sowie Einführung neuer Technologien und Services
 * Unterstützung bei Automatisierungs-, Standardisierungs- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen, Konzepte und Betriebshandbücher
 * Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Teams innerhalb einer globalen IT-Organisation
 * Unterstützung bei Themen wie Virtualisierung, Active Directory, Identity Management, Serverbetrieb, Datenbanken, Monitoring, Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
