 * Kunden-Support: Du bist erster Ansprechpartner bei technischen Problemen - remote sowie gelegentlich direkt beim Kunden vor Ort.
 * IT-Infrastruktur: Du installierst, konfigurierst und wartest Windows-Server, Clients sowie Netzwerkkomponenten wie Switche, Firewalls und Access Points.
 * Microsoft 365: Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung, Administration und Weiterentwicklung moderner Microsoft-365-Umgebungen.
 * Monitoring: Du überwachst Kundensysteme mit modernen Monitoring-Tools und erkennst mögliche Probleme möglichst frühzeitig.
 * IT-Projekte: Du wirkst bei abwechslungsreichen Projekten mit - beispielsweise in den Bereichen IT-Security, Backup, Cloud oder Prozessautomatisierung (RPA).
