* Betreuung unserer Kunden bei IT-Anfragen per Telefon, E-Mail und Remotezugriff
 * Analyse und Behebung von Hard- und Softwareproblemen
 * Installation und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplätzen, Druckern und mobilen Geräten
 * Unterstützung bei der Einrichtung und Wartung von Netzwerken
 * Dokumentation aller Vorgänge im Ticketsystem
 * Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Terminen bei Bedarf
 * Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Rollouts
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem 2nd-Level-Support und anderen Fachabteilungen
