## Description

* Administration, Überwachung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Netzwerke, Systeme)

Betreuung und Wartung der virtuellen und physischen Serverlandschaft (Windows/Linux)
Verwaltung der Netzwerkkomponenten (Switches, Firewalls, VPN) und Sicherstellung der IT-Sicherheit
Installation, Konfiguration und Pflege von Software und Hardware
Unterstützung der Anwender im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support bei IT-Problemen
Durchführung von System-Backups, Updates und Datensicherheitsmaßnahmen
Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung der IT-Prozesse
