Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert. Eine methodische und analytische Denkweise, hohe Kundenorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus. ## Description

Als Teil unseres Teams von Infrastruktur-Experten gestaltest du die Konzeption, Implementierung und Wartung komplexer IT-Infrastrukturen - von Server- und Storage-Lösungen über Backup-Konzepte bis hin zu Virtualisierungssystemen.
Nach einer gründlichen Einarbeitung übernimmst du Verantwortung für die IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden. Dabei bist du sowohl im klassischen Projektgeschäft tätig als auch an der Weiterentwicklung bestehender und neuer Infrastruktur-Lösungen beteiligt.
Dein Aufgabenbereich im Detail

 * Migration & Implementierung:
Du verantwortest die Migration von Kundensystemen, Anwendungen und Services in moderne Arbeitsumgebungen. Projekte planst, konzipierst und setzt du eigenständig oder im Team um.

 * Support:
Du übernimmst Tickets, analysierst Probleme selbstständig und löst sie effizient.

 * IT-Administrator / IT-Abteilung der Kunden:
Du verstehst dich als direkte Ansprechperson für die IT deiner Kunden.

 * Partnerschaftliche Kundenbetreuung:
Keine klassische Hotline-Tätigkeit - du pflegst persönliche, vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen.

 * Regionale Vor-Ort-Unterstützung:
Du unterstützt Kunden direkt vor Ort, wo es notwendig ist.

 * Betreuung ausgelagerter Infrastrukturen:
Gemeinsam mit deinem Team betreust du komplexe, ausgelagerte IT-Systeme unserer Kunden.
